What We Offer
Parental Training Courses
Because understanding ADHD starts at home.
Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging — and no parent should have to face it alone. The NICE Guidelines states that parent training should be the first-line treatment for children with ADHD under the age of 5, and at times should also be first-line treatment for school-aged children with ADHD too.
ADHD Malta’s Parental Training Courses are designed to equip parents and caregivers with practical tools, proven strategies, and emotional support to better understand and manage ADHD in everyday family life.
Through interactive sessions, parents learn how to:
- Build positive routines and structure at home
- Use calm and consistent behaviour strategies
- Strengthen communication and reduce conflict
- Support emotional regulation and self-esteem
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and professionals
Each course is led by experienced trainers who understand the realities of ADHD, offering a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and learn together.
Our goal is simple: to help parents feel better equipped with skills which will help them feel more confident.
Ideal for parents, guardians, and caregivers of children or teens with ADHD.
Delivered in person or online, in small groups for personalised guidance.
